RSC prides itself on being a family based club and the September / October School Holidays sees RSC run a holiday programme of lessons and club races. Members who book for these holidays will be emailed a letter to encourage and remind you to enrol for lessons, and also asked to indicate if you or your children intend to participate in the races.

The lessons are two hours long. You can have lessons every day or just for one day if you prefer. The cost is $50 per day if you book for three or more days; and $60 per day for a one off.  Groups have a maximum of 6 students. These lessons are very good value, and they are a great way to make new friends and learn new skills.  First priority for lessons will go to children. Adult lessons will be arranged according to instructor availability.  Snowboard lessons are possible if numbers permit.  If the mountain is closed there will be other activities arranged. Please contact the RSC office or Club Captain for more details, including cost.

The famous RSC evening races also return - pitting mate against mate, brother against sister, and husband vs... well other husbands! Races are run each evening from 4.30 with a variety of fun formats (Slalom, GS, Duel Slalom, Langlauf and the favourite Ski-X), Prize giving is held each evening at one of the hut flat buildings and all entrants get to lucky dip!

Entry is $10 for the whole week!

School holidays at RSC are all about our young members and their friends, and as well as lessons and friendly races there are a range of activities and traditions aimed at seeing that everyone has a great time. Many life-long friendships are forged at the Mountain during School Holidays, we encourage all members with children to come and stay in one of our buildings for a week during the holidays and participate in the activities and club spirit.
