RAL has introduced bookable parking for the six weekends between July 31 and September 5 at Iwikau Village. This may change if the region moves to COVID Alert Level 2 or higher.
You'll need to book a car park if your booking falls on these dates. When you have paid for your booking, we'll send out the Club Code and website link to book your parking. Parking should ONLY be booked when you have paid for your accommodation booking. Please don't make car park bookings for tentative accommodation bookings.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- If staying Friday night, book for Saturday. If staying Friday and Saturday night, book for Saturday and Sunday.
- Chalet guests wanting to day park during their stay must also book parking.
- Season and Life Pass holders must also book parking if staying overnight.
- Having a confirmed booking means you will be given access through the barrier arms at Whakapapa Village.
- Book even if you plan to arrive on Friday night so that you can pass through the control point in the morning should your evening arrival be delayed for any reason.
- If you need to cancel/change your accommodation booking, it is important that you also cancel/change the car park booking to allow others onto the mountain.
- For club members visiting the Turoa Ski Field; you will need to book a day park using the main RAL public booking system. The Club/Lodge Portal does NOT apply to Turoa.
- There is no designated area for bookable parking. Aim for the Loop Road but you may need to use day parks and relocate your car when the overnights empty out.
- Please keep the Club PIN confidential. It will change if it is misused and that will be a hassle for everyone.
