The Government has announced New Zealand will enter Alert Level 4 at midnight tonight - 17 August 2021.
This will affect club member bookings in the following ways:

Auckland and Coromandel members:
Our Aministrator will cancel all bookings that fall within the next seven days.
There will be no cancellation fees and your member account will be credited for future use. 

For ALL members with upcoming bookings in the next three days:
Our Adminstrator will cancel all bookings that fall within the next three days.
This includes bookings until 20 August – which includes Club Week at the Lodge.
There will be no cancellation fees and your member account will be credited for future use. 

For non-Auckland members booked for this weekend 21-22 August onwards:
You are welcome to keep an eye on Alert Levels and make a call closer to the time.
If you choose to cancel within our usual 48-hour cancellation window, there will be no fees.

We’ll be processing cancellations from tomorrow.
Please be patient as our Administrator works through emails and phone calls.
