Ruapehu Ski Club Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday - 1st July 2020

 

At the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron Headquarters - Westhaven Marina- Auckland.

 

6.30pm- mix and mingle – light refreshments will be served- a cash bar will be operating.

 

Meeting to start at 7.30pm.

 

All financial members are welcome to attend.

 

Nominations for Committee – must be emailed to the Secretary secretary@rsc.org.nz – or posted to

Secretary – RSC – P O Box 8064 Symonds Street –Auckland – no later than 30 th April 2020.

 

A nomination for Committee form can be downloaded from our website or contact the Office-

Notices of Motion- written Notice of Motions must be received by the Secretary (can be emailed) –

to secretary@rsc.org.nz - no later than 30 th April 2020.

 

Agenda , Reports, Voting papers,(if required) and proxy notices for the Annual General Meeting

will be emailed and posted to Members at the end of May 2020.
